Dennis Miller on Airport Machines and Obamacare

I love Dennis's idea!
Every flyer should be registered as having gone through the machine, and the scan sent to their doctor.
That would in turn eliminate the need for mammograms, chest X-rays, TB screening, etc...
We would save a ton of money in support of Universal Health Care!
Leave it to Miller to make lemonade out of this!

  1. This idea is about as handy as using thermonuclear devices in a limited war. It smacks of the same old attention getting device that is cute, but ridiculous simultaneously. We desperately need leadership that can effect REAL change. Whether it is reducing the deficit, extending the tax breaks for lower and middle income Americans, ending our military presence where it is no needed or creating JOBS. I really no longer care who addresses these issues in a clear coherent fashion and obtains change. I just want it to be done. The crossroads for doing these things is now in our rearview mirror and looking behind to petty differences or politicizing every little issue, past, present and future will turn us into a 2nd class bankrupt republic of “has beens” and “I won'ts”. It will all start to unravel shortly, unless we begin to see the reforms/changes in the next year or so. It would be so much easier for us, if aliens from another galaxy landed on earth. Then we would see not only our way clearly, but the whole planets way clearly.

  2. Amen.
    So, how?
Do we "create" jobs artificially at any cost, or generate jobs creation through economics?
The British Health service is the third biggest employer IN THE WORLD (after the Chinese Army and the Indian Railroad)
As of the size of our country, we could easily "create" more jobs that way.
    Is that desirable?
    Who pays?
